What Are Veneers?
Traditional Veneers
Our traditional dental veneers are thin IPS e.max® porcelain shells placed onto your teeth to hide flaws and create a natural-looking smile. Porcelain veneers are translucent, reflecting light similarly to natural tooth enamel. They are custom-built for your teeth for a seamless smile. A small amount of your enamel will be smoothed down for the shells to lay flat with surrounding teeth.
Lumineers
Our traditional dental veneers are strong and lifelike, but because this treatment is irreversible, patients must commit to maintaining a restoration. If you want a faster and reversible alternative, we also offer Lumineers®. Less enamel is removed to place these ultra-thin shells. Our dentists are Certified Lumineers Dentists and can advise if this cosmetic dentistry process is right for you.
